No, you do not need to be present. Our trusted on-site maintenance team can complete service requests even if you’re not home, for your convenience.
Yes, Coda on H offers a dedicated on-site maintenance team to keep your apartment and the community in excellent condition.
If something in your apartment needs repair, simply submit a service request through the resident portal, and our team will take care of it promptly.
Coda on H does not provide a lockout service. Please note that all locks in our community operate on a secure fob system, so be sure to keep your fob with you at all times.

Our residents enjoy an array of amenities, including a fully equipped Fit Club, a scenic rooftop deck, indoor and outdoor common sitting areas, and a rooftop grill — perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
Yes! Coda on H is a pet-friendly community, because we know your pets are part of your family.
We welcome pets with a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment. A $500 non-refundable pet fee per pet is required, along with $50 monthly pet rent per pet. Please note that the following dog breeds (or mixes of these breeds) are not permitted: Pit Bulls (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier), Akitas, Rottweilers, Boxers, Doberman Pinschers, Mastiff breeds, Malamutes, Cane Corsos, Chow Chow, any Wolf Hybrid, and Great Danes.
Every apartment home comes with modern appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.
No, our apartments are unfurnished so you can style your space your way.

We require renters to carry a minimum of $100,000 in liability insurance.
